Indrayanti, S.Psi., M.Si., Ph.D., Psikolog adalah psikolog industri dan organisasi, peneliti senior di Center for Public Mental Health Fakultas Psikologi UGM, dan aktivis kesehatan mental di tempat kerja. Ia lima kali menjabat sebagai Kepala Unit Pengembangan Kualitas Manusia Fakultas Psikologi UGM. Saat ini Indrayanti tergabung dalam Tim Satgas Subdirektorat Pengembangan Karakter dan Subdirektorat Kreativitas Mahasiswa Universitas Gadjah Mada. Ia mempunyai kepedulian untuk mewujudkan kesehatan jiwa di lingkungan kerja akademik di mana ia bekerja dan mengabdi sebagai Aparatur Sipil Negara di Republik Indonesia. Pertolongan pertama psikologis menjadi salah satu perhatiannya dan sangat penting dalam dunia pendidikan bagi mahasiswa dan seluruh civitas akademika. Lingkungan yang sehat mental merupakan hak setiap warga negara, sehingga sebagai pelayan masyarakat mempunyai tanggung jawab untuk membantu mewujudkan hal tersebut di dunia akademik yang ia layani saat ini. Indrayanti menyelesaikan pendidikan doktoralnya di Nottingham Business School, Inggris, dengan fokus pada Psikologi Kerja & Organisasi. Sebelumnya, Indrayanti memperoleh gelar sarjana dan magister psikologi dari Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia.
