The Faculty of Psychology at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) held a Firefighting Training session on Friday (22/5) at Hall D and the landscape area of the Faculty of Psychology UGM. The activity, organized in collaboration with K5L UGM (Office of Security, Occupational Safety, Emergency, and Environment), was attended by more than 75 members of the academic community.

In the solemn ceremony, the faculty officially sent off a total of 37 graduates, consisting of two Doctoral graduates and 35 Master’s graduates.

Ngobrol Bareng Kreator ‘The Lost Treasure’,” Dr. Fadillah, an alumnus of the Doctorate of Psychology at UGM, introduces a mobile-based psychological assessment that moves beyond traditional testing methods.

In response, researchers from Universitas Gadjah Mada have developed and validated a psychological instrument to measure the motivational needs of Generation Z employees in Indonesia.
