Pengembangan sistem kesehatan mental dengan pendekatan multilevel, dengan keluarga dan sekolah sebagai peran utama, psikologi klinis.
Diana Setiyawati, S.Psi., MHSc., Ph.D., Psikolog adalah seorang akademisi dan psikolog yang saat ini berkarya di Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM). Perjalanan akademisnya dimulai dengan meraih gelar Sarjana Psikologi dari UGM pada tahun 2000 dengan skripsi berjudul “Metode Power Reading untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Membaca pada Anak”. Ia kemudian melanjutkan pendidikan profesi psikolog di institusi yang sama, lulus pada tahun 2002. Pada tahun 2007, Diana menyelesaikan program Master of Human Sciences in Psychology – MHSc.Psy di Department of Psychology, International Islamic University Malaysia dengan tesis berjudul “Spirituality and Personality Correlates of Organizational Citizenship Behavior“. Puncak pendidikannya tercapai pada tahun 2015 dengan gelar Ph.D.- Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences (Mental Health) dari Global and Cultural Mental Health Unit, Centre for Mental Health, Melbourne School of Population and Global Health, The University of Melbourne, Australia. Penelitian Ph.D-nya tentang Indonesian experts’ perspectives on a curriculum for psychologists working in primary health care in Indonesia. Berkat penelitian ini, pada tahun 2014 Diana mendapat penghargaan Australia Awards-Hadi Soesastro Prize oleh The Hon Julie Bishop, Wakil Perdana Menteri Australia.
Bidang keahlian Diana mencakup Psikologi dan Ilmu Kognitif, dengan fokus pada Psikologi Biologis (Neuropsikologi, Psikofarmakologi, Psikologi Fisiologis) serta Psikologi Kesehatan, Klinis, dan Konseling. Minat penelitiannya berpusat pada kesehatan mental masyarakat, kesehatan mental sekolah, dan kesejahteraan (well-being). Ia aktif dalam kelompok penelitian yang mengkaji kesehatan mental publik, kekuatan keluarga, dan kesehatan mental berbasis sekolah di bawah klaster Psikologi Klinis.
Sepanjang karirnya, Diana telah menerima berbagai penghargaan dan sertifikasi, termasuk beasiswa Australian Development Scholarship pada tahun 2009. Ia juga aktif dalam asosiasi profesional seperti American Psychological Association (APA) sejak 2008 dan Himpunan Psikologi Indonesia (HIMPSI) sejak 2007. Kompetensinya terus diasah melalui berbagai pelatihan, termasuk literasi kesehatan mental, pertolongan pertama psikologis, dan pengelolaan riset.
Diana Setiyawati berkontribusi aktif dalam pengembangan ilmu psikologi di Indonesia, baik melalui penelitian, pengajaran, maupun pengabdian masyarakat. Beliau sering menjadi pembicara dalam berbagai webinar dan pelatihan terkait kesehatan mental dan inovasi pembelajaran. Ia juga saat ini menjabat sebagai kepala unit Center for Public Mental Health (CPMH) Psikologi UGM. Dengan kombinasi keahlian akademik dan pengalaman praktis yang luas, Diana memberikan dampak signifikan dalam pengembangan dan penerapan ilmu psikologi, terutama dalam konteks kesehatan mental masyarakat dan pendidikan.7
