Biografi Singkat

Elga Andriana, S.Psi., M.Ed., Ph.D. adalah seorang akademisi di Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM).  Dr. Elga memiliki gelar Sarjana Psikologi (S.Psi.) dari Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Gadjah Mada, Master of Education (M.Ed.) dari Monash University, Australia, dan Ph.D., dari University of Sidney, Australia. Dengan latar belakang pendidikan yang kuat menunjukkan dedikasi beliau dalam mengejar pengetahuan dan keahlian di bidang psikologi dan pendidikan. 

Sebagai dosen di UGM, Dr. Elga berkomitmen untuk terus mengembangkan kompetensinya melalui berbagai pelatihan dan workshop. Beliau telah mengikuti Online Professional Development Workshop tentang Emosi dan Peran Refleksivitas dalam Penelitian Photovoice, menunjukkan minatnya dalam metode penelitian inovatif. Dr. Elga juga telah berpartisipasi dalam Pelatihan Ekosistem Pembelajaran Inovatif, yang mencerminkan dedikasinya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Selain itu, beliau telah menyelesaikan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Dasar bagi Dosen Baru, yang membekalinya dengan keterampilan fundamental untuk peran akademiknya. Dengan kombinasi pendidikan tinggi dan pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan, Dr. Elga Andriana memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pengajaran dan penelitian di Fakultas Psikologi UGM, sambil terus beradaptasi dengan perkembangan terbaru dalam bidangnya.
