Zafira Rahmania Nur Shabrina, S.Psi., M.Sc merupakan seorang akademisi dengan latar belakang yang kuat dalam bidang psikologi sosial, ekonomi, dan organisasi. Sejak September 2021, ia melanjutkan studi doktoral sebagai kandidat Ph.D., (Social, Economic, and Organizational Psychology) di  Universiteit Leiden bersama supervisor Prof.dr Wilco van DijkMirre Stallen Ph.D.Dr. Lotte van Dillen. Sebelumnya ia menyelesaikan studi master dalam bidang psikologi ekonomi dan konsumen di Universiteit Leiden juga pada tahun 2017 setelah meneliti Poverty and social emotions: The effect of shame on divergent thinking bersama supervisor Stallen, M. dan Dijk, W. van . Gelar sarjananya dari Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Gadjah Mada dengan penelitian Young-voters judgement towards presidential candidates of indonesias 2014 general election: an explaratory study bersama  dosen pembimbing Prof. Dr. Faturochman, MA
