Sebagai bentuk edukasi Center for Public Mental Health (CPMH) kepada masyarakat, pada Senin (12/07) mengadakan kuliah online dengan mengangkat topik “Dukungan Psikososial kepada Pasien COVID-19”. Dibersamai oleh Nurul Kusuma Hidayati, M.Psi., Psikolog dan Wirdatul Anisa, M.Psi., Psikolog, harapannya kuliah online kali ini dapat menjadikan masyarakat sebagai agen-agen yang memberikan dukungan sosial bagi orang-orang sekitarnya yang terdampak COVID-19.
Youth Empowerment Studio (YES!) in collaboration with Central Public Mental Health (CPMH) held a Webinar with the topic “Procrastination and Time Management” on Friday (2/7). YES! is one of the units in the CPMH education cluster, Faculty of Psychology UGM which has a vision to spread and campaign on the importance of mental health among teenagers. Webinars hosted by YES! this time it is a series of events in welcoming the 2021 summer lecture series held by CPMH on 19 July-4 August 2021.

YES! merupakan salah satu unit yang ada di kluster pendidikan CPMH Fakultas Psikologi UGM yang memiliki visi untuk menyebarkan dan mengkampanyekan akan pentingnya kesehatan mental di kalangan remaja. Webinar yang diadakan YES! kali ini merupakan rangkaian acara dalam menyambut summer lecture series 2021 yang diadakan oleh CPMH pada tanggal 19 Juli-4 Agustus 2021.
Friday (18/6) Faculty of Psychology UGM and Center for Public Mental Health (CPMH) held an Online Lecture event: “Overthinking and mental health”. This event is a series of online lectures regularly held by CPMH with various themes on mental health and is open to the public.
The Center for Public Mental Health (CPMH) of the Faculty of Psychology again held an Online Lecture on Friday (4/6). The topic raised in this online lecture was about Post-traumatic Growth, which was discussed by Nurul Kusuma Hidayati, M.Psi., Psychologist and Wirdatul Anisa, M.Psi., Psychologist. The event started with a brief explanation from the moderator who explained what trauma is, “In the medical world, trauma refers to injuries that occur to a person’s body due to collisions, blows, and so on which can be seen from the bruises or blueness that appears”, explained the moderator. Trauma in terms of psychology and medical is actually not much different, both have causes and symptoms that are felt.
Center for Public Mental Health (CPMH) Fakultas Psikologi kembali mengadakan Kuliah Online pada Jumat (4/6). Topik yang diangkat pada acara Kuliah Online kali ini mengenai Post-traumatic Growth yang dibahas oleh Nurul Kusuma Hidayati, M.Psi., Psikolog dan Wirdatul Anisa, M.Psi., Psikolog. Acara ini diawali dengan sedikit pengantar dari moderator yang menjelaskan apa itu trauma, “Dalam dunia medis, trauma merujuk pada cidera yang terjadi pada tubuh seseorang akibat adanya benturan, pukulan, dan lain sebagainya yang terlihat dari lebam atau kebiruan yang muncul”, jelas moderator. Trauma dalam isitilah psikologi dan medis sebenarnya tidak jauh berbeda, sama-sama memiliki penyebab dan symptom-simptom yang dirasakan.
Senin (26/4) Center for Public Mental Health (CPMH) Fakultas Psikologi mengadakan Kuliah Online dengan topik Digital Parenting yang diisi oleh Nurul Kusuma Hidayati, M.Psi., Psikolog dan Wirdatul Anisa, M.Psi., Psikolog. “Sebenarnya ini melanjutkan dari kuliah online sebelumnya yang membahas tentang anak, internet, dan gadget. Untuk sekarang kita coba angkat tentang digital parenting atau pengasuhan digital”, jelas Wirdatul di awal acara.
Monday (26/4) the Center for Public Mental Health (CPMH) Faculty of Psychology held an Online Lecture with the topic Digital Parenting which was filled by Nurul Kusuma Hidayati, M.Psi., Psychologist and Wirdatul Anisa, M.Psi., Psychologist. “Actually, this is a continuation of the previous online lecture which discussed children, the internet, and gadgets. For now, we try to raise about digital,”explained Wirdatul at the beginning of the event.
The online lecture held by the Center for Public Mental Health (CPMH), Faculty of Psychology was held again on Friday (26/3). For the discussion of online lectures this time accompanied by Nurul Kusuma Hidayati, M.Psi., Psychologist and Wirdatul Anisa, M.Psi., Psychologists as speakers who discussed “Toxic Positivity” and Mental Health. This event was opened by a resource person who invited the participants to write their opinions about toxic positivity. Several participants revealed that toxic positivity is related to excessive positive thinking that becomes toxic to us. Then the other participants considered toxic positivity a bad action, but with good delivery and many more participant opinions regarding toxic positivity.
Jumat (5/2) Program Studi Doktor Ilmu Psikologi UGM berkerjasama dengan Center for Public Mental Health (CPMH) Fakultas Psikologi UGM mengadakan Online Workshop bertajuk “Research Ethics In Mental Health fieldwork”. Acara ini mengupas tentang etika dalam penelitian yang melibatkan manusia dalam ranah kesehatan mental.
