The Excitement of the Paragon Campus Roadshow of Universitas Gadjah Mada

Monday (13/05), located in the hall of the building D Faculty of Psychology UGM, held a Roadshow which is a collaboration of Faculty of Psychology UGM with Paragon. Paragon is a company engaged in the beauty of cosmetics, one of the famous national cosmetic brand namely Wardah. Paragon takes the theme Of “We Are Hiring Psychology Paragon Campus Roadshow Universitas Gadjah Mada” by presenting the guest star, Analisa Widyaningrum. Packaged in the form of a talkshow, some participants are the 6th and 8th semester students  which had previously filled a special form link a few days before the event was held. Approximately 60 people enrolled the eastern part of the Faculty of Psychology UGM. The event was running from 3 p.m until drop.

The title of roadshow is “How to prepare yourself to be professional in HR scope?”. This roadshow is not the first time held at UGM, because previously Paragon has held in several Faculties such as Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Faculty of Humanities (FIB), and Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) also. Paragon always targets for around 5 to 6 events can be held annually. The event itself targeted recruitment to become Paragon employees. “This target is a recruitment work”, explained Hana Kusumawardani as a talent activity of Paragon. She also added that Paragon tried to pick up the candidates who were presented on Talkshow Sharing and then going through closed recruitment.

UGM as one of the best campuses in Indonesia and also the university that be the second donated most employees in Paragon. That is the reason this recruitment is often held at UGM. Because this event is only held in Ramadan so it is packed into a road show ngabuburit while waiting for breaking the fasting.
