- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Master’s degree, Profession a Psychologist. Prefer majoring in Psychology of
Industrial and Organization. - Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Training & Development
- Have license from HIMPSI (Himpunan Psikologi Indonesia )
- Required skills : Microsoft office especially for Microsoft Power Point, good command of writen and spoken in English, able to applicate
Psychological test (Wartegg, DAM, BAUM, IST, Kraeplin, Pauli, DISC,
MBTI, etc.)
