Psikologi sosial dan budaya, psikologi media, informasi dan teknologi serta intervensi sosial berbasis teknologi.
Fakhirah Inayaturrobbani S.Psi, M.A menyelesaikan pendidikan sarjana dan masternya (Master of Arts) di Bidang Psikologi Sosial di Fakultas Psikologi UGM dengan fokus riset psikologi identitas sosial di media sosial. Ia sempat berkarir sebagai analis teknologi dengan peran sebagai User Experience Researcher di bawah Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika, Pemerintahan Provinsi Jawa Barat, beberapa tahun sebelum kembali mengabdi di Fakultas Psikologi UGM. Selain itu, ia banyak melakukan edukasi di media sosial pribadinya sebagai upaya melakukan kanalisasi dari pemahaman teori-teori psikologi sosial dan budaya, psikologi media, informasi dan teknologi serta intervensi sosial berbasis teknologi. Fakhirah sendiri banyak meneliti fenomena yang terjadi di media sosial dengan menggunakan berbagai pendekatan, baik kualitatif maupun kuantitatif eksperimental. Tujuan jangka panjang Fakhirah adalah membangun pondasi teoritis dan menguji titik ideal intervensi sosial dalam mengubah persepsi masyarakat berbasis media dan teknologi dalam keanekaragaman budaya Indonesia.
