Universitas Gadjah Mada’s Faculty of Psychology successfully held the graduation and professional oath ceremony for the postgraduate program (4/19/2017). There are 27 graduating as psychologists from the Professional Psychology Master’s Program and 21 graduating as scientists from the Scientific Psychology Master’s Program. In total, 2.389 people have graduated from the postgraduate program in UGM’s Faculty of Psychology.
The person who graduated with the highest GPA in the Professional Psychology Master’s Program was Errina Puspitasari (3.94 GPA). Besides Errina, other graduates who graduated cum laude are Alice Whita Savira (3.90 GPA), Desak Ayu Wida Pratia Wijaya (3.88 GPA), Yunita Rahmadania (3.88 GPA), Nurul Ayuningtyas Z. (3.82 GPA), Martaria Rizky Rinaldi (3.80 GPA), and Amalia Indah Permata (3.76 GPA). Among those graduates, 13 graduates were cited as Most Outstanding and 7 were cited as Outstanding. Syukron Mahmud Abdillah and Yunita Rahmadina graduated after the shortest study period of 2 years and 4 months.
Annisa Reginasari graduated cum laude and obtained the highest GPA of 3.82 in the Scientific Master’s Program. In this period, ten graduates were cited as Most Outstanding and other 10 were cited as Outstanding. Annisa Reginasari was also the fastest one to graduate, who graduated after 1 year 11 months and 23 days.
The faculty gave an award to Nida Muthi Annisa and Audy Ayu Arisha Dewi as graduates with the best thesis publication manuscript. Nida’s thesis is titled “Motivasi Akademik dan Partisipasi Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Sebagai Prediktor Keterikatan Siswa Pada Sekolah (Academic Motivation and Extracurricular Activity Participation as Predictors of Students’ Attachment to School)”, advised by Prof. Dr. Tina Afiatin, M.Si. Audy’s thesis in educational psychology is titled “Positive Illusory Bias And Aggressive Behavior In Children With And Without ADHD 8-12 Years Old”. Audy was advised by Supra Wimbarti, M.Sc., Ph.D.
