Human Resource Quality Improvement Institute (UPKM) of Faculty of Psychology Gadjah Mada University organize Seminar Series, with Post COVID Quality of Work Life as the main theme.
The idea behind the series was the changes that occur during COVID-19 pandemic, which also affecting new challenges and situation in organization.
This session is the first series of the seminar. It was held on Saturday, July 18 2020 at 10.00 – 11.30 PM via Zoom Meting. This event is also free and open for public. 145 participants was joining the event. They have various background, from students, partners and dominated by public.
In addition, the session also attended by Prof. Kwartarini Wahyu Yuniarti, MMedSc., Ph.D. (Vice Dean for Research, Community Service, and Partnership) and the Head of UPKM, Indrayanti, M.Si., Ph.D., Psikolog.
Preparing HR for Future Skills: From Aging Perspective was raised as the topic of the discussion, with “Human are The Next Future” as the title of the material that delivered by the speaker, Dr. Sumaryono, M.Psi., Psikolog. The issues were about problems and challenges that organization will face in the future. So it is important to for every workers and element in every organizations to adapt with digitization and human-machine partnership, as well as managing the multi-generational interaction.
After material session, there was also Q & A session that guided by the moderator and followed by closing session.
