CPMH Hosted Second Webinar about “Toxic” Parenting

Friday, July 10, 2020 Center for Public Mental Health (CPMH) hosted second webinar about “Toxic” Parenting. This event is a series from the first webinar that held on Friday, July 4, 2020. It was started at 13.00 – 15.00 WIB.

Different from the previous session, the second webinar was held by using zoom meeting. There are 250 registrants from general public who join this session and they are able to register and join the event for free.

The session was started with short opening by the moderator and continued with material about “Toxic” Parenting by Nurul Kusuma Hidayati, M.Psi., Psychologist and Wirdatul Anisa, M.Psi., Psychologist which are psychology at CPMH.

On the first webinar, the material was focused on parenting in general and the used of “Toxic” Parenting labeling in general society. Meanwhile, in this session, they discussed about 12 parenting myths and the importance of 6 keys of building a strong family, which are affection, positive communication, commitment, time together, spiritual well-being, shared values and the ability to face crisis together.

CPMH also plan to arrange another public lecture in the near future. It was planned that the activity will be start on July 20, 2020.
