Diana convey that every worker in organization is part of a family, regardless of their role. However, the current pandemic situation, where workers are faced with situations that require both Work from Home (WFH) and Work from Office (WFO) can generate into stress. Moreover, public policies that made are generally not based on family, “employees are generally seen as workers, not part of the family” she added. Whereas when the family becomes the basis for a policy, well-being will be inclined. If functional family achieved, it will lead to mentally healthy individuals and working productivity will be achieved.
