Bayesian for Psychology Gives Understanding Statistical Analysis for Psychology

(29/11) The Magister of Psychology organized a workshop with the theme “Bayesian for Psychology”. The purpose of this event is to the introduction of Bayesian Statistics for research in the field of psychology. This Workshop was attended mostly by students of the Magister of Psychology but did not close the possibility of students from other programs also participated in this event. About more than 30 people attended the event. This event took at A 203 Faculty of Psychology UGM from 1 p.m to 3 pm. Danang Teguh Qoyyimi S.Si., M.Sc., Ph.D. which is also a lecturer of MIPA UGM is trusted to be a speaker in this workshop. Bayesian itself is a method of knowing the probability to establish a decision tailored to the concept of Psychology. read more

Faculty of Psychology and PLN Hosted Big Data Analysis Workshop

Answering today’s challenges, various institutions need a deeper review to get a picture of the combined aspects of the developed technology as challenges of the day itself. Therefore, various components of the technology are learned to fulfill the demands of work or learning needs. One of the components in question is big data. Faculty of Psychology UGM Melapprove 39 Undergraduate

Faculty of Psychology Universitas Gadjah Mada graduated 39 scholars at the graduation period I academic year 2019/ 2020. Number of male graduates 3 people and women as much as 36 people. The release of the graduates held at Auditorium G-100, Gadjah Mada University after the ceremonial procession of graduation at Grha Sabha Pramana UGM (20/11/19). read more

Faculty of Psychology Organizes the Group of Counselling

The Faculty of Psychology organized a group counseling training in prisons for the psychological intervention of the female penitentiary of the IIB class in Yogyakarta. The event was held twice on 8 November and 15 November 2019. The event was attended by the Counsellor in Correctional Institution. The purpose of this event is to facilitate the counselors when giving psychological intervention in LP.  read more
