Prof. Dr. Avin Fadilla Helmi, M.Si. is a prominent academic in the field of Psychology. She completed all of her higher education at the Faculty of Psychology, Gadjah Mada University (UGM), from the undergraduate level to the doctoral level. Her remarkable academic achievement is evidenced by the title of professor she holds, with an inaugural speech titled “Psychological Aspects of Social Interaction in Cyberspace.” As an expert, Prof. Avin has specialized knowledge in the fields of Social Relations as well as Organizational Development and Change. The focus of the research includes important and relevant themes in the modern world, namely cyber psychology, leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation, and psychological measurement. Prof. Dr. Faturochman, M.A., a prominent academic from Gadjah Mada University (UGM), has reached the pinnacle of academic achievement by obtaining the title of professor in 2008. Inaugural speech of a professor titled “The Psychology of Justice for Well-being and Social Cohesion.” Prof. Fatur earned his Doctorate in Psychology in 2002. This degree complements his educational journey, having previously completed a Master of Arts (M.A) in Population and Psychology at Flinders University, Australia, in 1992, and earned a Doctorandus (Drs) degree from the Faculty of Psychology at Gadjah Mada University in 1986.

As a dedicated educator, Prof. Fatur is also actively teaching at various levels of education. The courses Social Psychology, Gender Psychology, and Population Psychology at the undergraduate level. The courses Conflict and Resolution as well as Applied Social Psychology at the graduate level. Professor Fatur teaches Advanced Social Psychology and Structural Equation Modeling at the doctoral level.

Haidar Buldan Thontowi is an academic and researcher in the field of psychology with a strong international educational background. He completed his undergraduate education at the Faculty of Psychology, Gadjah Mada University in 2010, and then continued his master’s studies in the General Psychology Program at New York University, which he finished in 2013. His academic achievements continued with a doctorate obtained from St Andrews University, England, in 2020.

Dr. Wenty Marina Minza, M.A., currently serves as the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and Student Affairs at the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Gadjah Mada. She completed his undergraduate education at the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Gadjah Mada. After that, she continued his studies to the Master’s level in Developmental Studies with a specialization in Population and Development at the Institute of Social Studies, The Hague, Netherlands. Not stopping there, Dr. Wenty then earned a Doctorate in Behavioral and Social Sciences from the Amsterdam Institute for Social Science Research, University of Amsterdam, Netherlands. With a strong educational background, Dr. Wenty has extensive expertise in the fields of Psychology and Cognitive Science, covering Gender Psychology, Social Psychology, and Community Psychology. Her research interests focus on Cultural Psychology, Indigenous Psychology, and Social Relations. In addition to academic activities, Dr. Wenty is also actively developing her competencies through various training programs and webinars, including the Academic Leaders Management Programme (ALMP) for Faculty/School Leaders, as well as training in book writing and statistical data analysis using Jamovi. The combination of academic expertise and managerial experience, Dr. Wenty Marina Minza makes a significant contribution to the development of psychology in Indonesia, particularly in the context of culture, gender, and society. Her role as Deputy Dean also allows her to influence the direction of education and research in psychology at the institutional level.

Acintya Ratna Priwati is a researcher and academic in the field of social psychology, with a research focus on social identity from a cross-cultural perspective. She completed her doctoral studies (PhD) at the Laboratoire de Psychologie Sociale, Université Paris Cité, France. Her doctoral research examined how individuals make sense of national identity through collective memories of the past and projections toward the future, using a social psychological approach. Her study compared the Indonesian and French contexts by integrating the Social Identity Theory framework with perspectives from cross-cultural psychology.

Previously, Acintya pursued her master’s degree (M.A.) in Social Psychology at the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM). At this level, she deepened her study of individual behavior in digital contexts while developing competencies in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. She also completed her undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Psychology, UGM, which marked the beginning of her interest in social psychology issues and in the relationships between individuals, groups, and cultural contexts.

In addition to her primary focus on national identity and collective memory, Acintya’s research interests include social identity, the self and interpersonal relations, cross-cultural psychology, and cyberpsychology, particularly in relation to social dynamics and technological development.

Fakhirah Inayaturrobbani, S.Psi., M.A., completed both her undergraduate and master’s degrees (Master of Arts) at the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), with a focus on Social Psychology, particularly the study of cognition, behavior, and social relationships in digital spaces. She then worked for several years as a User Experience Researcher under the Communication and Informatics Agency of the West Java Provincial Government before returning to serve at the Faculty of Psychology UGM.

In addition to being actively involved in academic and research activities, Fakhirah also provides educational content through her personal social media platforms as an effort to communicate and apply psychological knowledge for the broader community. Her areas of interest include social psychology in digital spaces, social relationships and online behavior, media psychology, information and technology, misinformation and persuasion, as well as technology-based social interventions. Underlying these diverse interests is her desire to understand how people think, build relationships, and make decisions in digital spaces.

Currently, Fakhirah focuses her research on social relationship-based cybercrime, particularly online romance scams, with an emphasis on psychosocial factors that influence individuals’ vulnerability to such crimes.

Lu’luatul Chizanah has completed her undergraduate education with a Bachelor of Psychology (S.Psi.) degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM). She continued her studies at the same university and earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree. In her master’s studies, Lu’luatul worked on a thesis titled “The Construct Validity of Ikhlas: An Exploratory Factor Analysis of the Ikhlas Scale Instrument,” under the supervision of Prof. Dr. M. Noor Rochman Hadjam.

Zafira Rahmania Nur Shabrina, S.Psi., M.Sc. is an academic with a strong social psychology, economics, and organizational studies background. Since September 2021, she has pursued doctoral studies as a Ph.D. candidate in Social, Economic, and Organizational Psychology at Leiden University under Prof. Dr. Wilco van Dijk, Mirre Stallen, Ph.D., and Dr. Lotte van Dillen. Previously, she completed his master’s degree in economic and consumer psychology at Leiden University in 2017 after researching Poverty and Social Emotions: The Effect of shame on Divergent Thinking with supervisors Stallen, M. and Dijk, W. van. She obtained her degree from the Faculty of Psychology at Gadjah Mada University with research on “Young Voters’ Judgement Towards Presidential Candidates of Indonesia’s 2014 General Election: An Exploratory Study” under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Faturochman, MA.
