Searching for a Senior Sales for Jakarta location. Your role will be to sell and market our products and services to the prospects. Specifically you will be selling ERP, Business Intelligence, EAM and Business Process Management Solution. Sales will be developed through cold calling, networking and identifying decision makers at lot of clientele. You will be working directly with the Sales Director to develop Indonesian markets.
Key Responsibilities of this Position:
- Negotiate and close complex deals for IT Solution
- Setting up appointments with viable prospects.
- Create and deliver sales presentations.
- Networking within the business community.
- Participate in business development events that relate to consulting and permanent job orders.
- Direct follow-up and manage on-going follow up with prospects.
- Prepare for sales calls, including coordination of the team selling effort.
Requirements:
- 3 or more years experience in IT Enterprise solutions.
- Knowledge of Oracle; SAP; MS Dynamics GP, NV, AX, CRM, SL; PeopleSoft; JD Edwards, or Lawson will be an advantage.
- Experience and/or expert knowledge of the marketplace in Indonesia.
- Proven background selling IT solutions: ERP, BI in Distributions and or manufacturing Industry is Preferred.
- Background in Hardware and other IT Solutions are welcome
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial attitude: self-motivated, self-directed.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Proven record of exceeding quota.
- Detail oriented, strong analytical, numerical, planning and reasoning abilities.
