1) Talent Acquisition
1. Support sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process.
2. Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and recruitment administration.
3. Maintain accurate candidate data and trackers to support hiring decisions.
4. Assist the TA team with employer branding activities and other recruitment initiatives.
2) Employer Branding
1. Support planning and execution of employer branding initiatives across digital and offline channels in Central Java Area.
2. Assist in content creation (posting schedules, copy, visuals) for career-related platforms.
3. Coordinate with internal teams and partners for campus events or branding activities.
4. Maintain data, reports, and documentation related to employer branding campaigns.
3) Business Growth Partner (HRBP)
1. Supporting organisation design work (job descriptions, org structure review)
2. Assisting in organisation transformation projects across HR, Finance, Tech, Legal, etc including preparing project materials, benchmarking, and tracking progress.
3. Developing professional decks and communication materials for stakeholders.
4. Conducting research and analysis related to FMCG organisation models and best practices.
4) Employer Relation
1. Support daily employee relations activities, including documentation and data management.
2. Assist in handling employee feedback, inquiries, and issue tracking.
3. Help prepare communication materials, memos, or engagement activity plans.
4. Coordinate with HR teams to improve employee experience and support ER initiatives.
