This year’s theme:
Turning a House into a Home: Understanding and Responding to Toxic Parenting in Asian Contexts
As conversations about parenting continue to grow worldwide, practices that are often viewed as “toxic” through Western perspectives may carry different meanings, intentions, and cultural contexts across Asian societies. Through this short course, participants will gain a deeper understanding of parenting across diverse Asian contexts, learn to recognize when parenting practices become harmful to children’s well-being, and explore evidence-informed approaches to preventing and responding to toxic parenting.
