The internet has become an integral part of our lives, impacting every aspect and reshaping how we interact with our family, friends, and life partners (Joshi et al., 2022). In one of the studies about mental health and the internet, excessive use of internet was found to impact physical and psychological functioning as well as deteriorate the social skills (Kwak et al., 2022). Meanwhile, the media and the internet is very powerful to spread mental health awareness. Telehealth and telecounseling are few of the benefits brought by the power of the digital world.
