Drs. Isaac Jogues Kiyok Sito Meiyanto, Ph.D., Psychologist, obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 1986. After completing his undergraduate education at UGM, Sito continued his studies to the doctoral level at Northern Territory University, Australia. In May 1999, he successfully earned a Ph.D. in psychology with a dissertation titled “The Effect of Job Enrichment on Job Productivity.” This dissertation examines the impact of job enrichment on work productivity, a topic that is relevant to the dynamics of the current labor market.
