Tuesday (22/12), Bukit Vista, collaborating with Office of Cooperation, International Affairs and Alumni (OCIA) Faculty of Psychology UGM organize online sharing session that raised a topic called How Innovations Evolve Talent Development. This event is a regular agenda from Bukit Vista, where usually the event will organized with collaboration with universities and experts that match with the expertise.
The aim of the events are to inspire young talent to innovate using technical skills to sole real world problems and inspire experts to share their most authentic moments with the next generation.
On this occasion, Yopina Galih Pertiwi, S.Psi., M.A., Ph.D., Head of OCIA also giving opening speech and introducing Faculty of Psychology UGM program, as one of the co-host who organize this event
The panelist for this events ara expertise in industrial field from various leading companies, they are Melisa Kurniawati (HR Program and Performance Manager at DHL Express Indonesia), Saudi Khaneng (Head of Human Resources – Hotel a Asset World Corp, PCL) and Endah Palupi (HR Manager at BD Indonesia & Philippines).
The discussion session examine about organizational culture and the relevancies during the pandemic, the effects of pandemic on economy and youth career planning and the attitudes and skills that need to be possessed to start working in the industry.
One of the main points in the discussion is, in order to survive and exist the industry or every career is good behavior & good attitude, because skills are things that can always be learned, while those are two important atribute, “It is important to always work with passion and success will follow” said Endah. Besides, it is also important to always have good integrity and work ethics.
The event that attended by 75 participants was closed with discussion session that guided by the moderator.
