Abstract
The research was conducted to determine the influence of The Anti-Bullying and Teasing Program for Preschool Classroom in improving the classroom climate quality. Teachers and students in a kindergarten in Sleman, Yogyakarta will be involved in this study. Teachers and kindergartens who will be involved is agreed to engage in the research, and agree to not apply to other similar programs in their schools and classrooms.
The study is using one group pretest-posttest design. Classroom climate measurements will be carried out before and after the programs are implemented. Class Program manuals adapted from The Anti-Bullying and Teasing Program for Preschool Classroom (Sprung, Froschl, & Hinitz, 2005). Hypothize that the classroom climate will be better after the program is applied. Results showed that classroom climate quality increase significantly, with t = -3.94 (n = 10) and p = 0.003.
