Friday (11/6) Psychology Undergraduate Study Program UGM held a Research Knowledge Sharing event “Psychological Resilience of DIY’s Families: Relationships in the Family”. This event is a session to explain the results of research in the field of mental health in the family sphere.

The Faculty of Psychology UGM on Friday (11/6) held a guest lecture with the topic “Educational Psychology Practice in Australia Including Times of COVID-19”. This event was accompanied by resource persons who are educational ethics experts in private schools and lecturers as well as supervisors at the Cronichal Clinic Monarch University, Dr. Pascale Paradis BA. MEd, DEdPsy, MAPS, MBPsS, FCEDP.
Friday (4/6) the Center for Indigenous and Cultural Psychology (CICP) held the “CICP Talk: Writing Strategies for Qualitative Research” event. This event is an annual CICP event that aims to socialize the research results of researchers affiliated with CICP.
The Center for Public Mental Health (CPMH) of the Faculty of Psychology again held an Online Lecture on Friday (4/6). The topic raised in this online lecture was about Post-traumatic Growth, which was discussed by Nurul Kusuma Hidayati, M.Psi., Psychologist and Wirdatul Anisa, M.Psi., Psychologist. The event started with a brief explanation from the moderator who explained what trauma is, “In the medical world, trauma refers to injuries that occur to a person’s body due to collisions, blows, and so on which can be seen from the bruises or blueness that appears”, explained the moderator. Trauma in terms of psychology and medical is actually not much different, both have causes and symptoms that are felt.
The Promovendus Club for the Doctoral Program in Psychology UGM again held a colloquium which is routine every two weeks on Friday (4/6). This colloquium activity raised the topic “Academic Integrity of Indonesian Lecturers: Facts, Measurements, and Optimization Efforts” which was delivered by Dr. Prasetyo Budi Widodo, S.Psi., M.Sc. Prasetyo is an alumni of the UGM Psychology Doctoral Program who is a lecturer at Diponegoro University.
Monday (31/5) the Faculty of Psychology, Gadjah Mada University again held an online lecture entitled “Industrial and Organizational Psychology”. This event is the 6th series as well as the last session of the Guest Lecture Series which has been going on since February 2021.
Saturday (29/5) Faculty of Psychology UGM held a webinar with the title “Cath-Art-Sis: Releasing Your Stress Through Art”. This event is a collaboration between the Faculty of Psychology UGM and Cathartsis, a community of UGM Master of Professional Psychology students that focuses on the issue of student mental health.
Friday (28/5) Faculty of Psychology UGM held the “Fun Talk: Virtual Open House 2021”. This event is an introduction to the Master of Professional Psychology and Masters of Psychology programs to the general public through the media who are brave in welcoming new student admissions in 2021.
Tuesday (26/5) an online lecture entitled “Industrial and Organizational Psychology” was held at the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Gadjah Mada. This event is the 5th series of the Guest Lecture Series which has been taking place since February 2021.
On Friday (28/5) the Promovendus Club of the UGM Psychology Doctoral Program again held an event with the topic “Cognitive Process Dynamics in Solving Math Story Problems”. The topic was presented by Dr. Nani Restati Siregar, S.Psi., M.Si who is a lecturer at Halu Oleo University, as well as an alumni of the UGM Psychology Doctoral Program. This event is part of a colloquium which is regularly held every two weeks by the Promovendus Club online.
