1. HR Recruitment Analyst (HRT – REC)
Responsibilities:
- Managing & maintaining Recruitment process
- Analyzing and Facilitating Recruitment Process
- Evaluating the effectiveness of Recruitment activities
- Improve overall process based on data and fact to achieve HR support and service excellence
2. HR Training Analyst (HRT – TRG)
Responsibilities:
- Managing & maintaining implementation of ACC training matrix
- Managing, Analyzing, and Facilitating the delivery of training
- Evaluating Training implementation
- Improve overall process based on data and fact to achieve HR support and service excellence
3. HR Talent Management Analyst (HRT – TPM)
Responsibilities:
- Managing assessment process as part of Talent Performance Management process
- Analyzing and Facilitating Assessment Process
- Evaluating the Development Programs
- Improve overall process based on data and fact to achieve HR support and service excellence
Requirements:
- Hold Bachelor degree majoring Psychology (GPA min 2.75) from reputable university
- Maximum age 27 years old
- Minimum 1 year experience in related job function
- Strong academic background
- Energetic & drive for result
- Proven leadership skill in extracurricular activities
- Willing to travel as part of job function
- Proficient in English
