Job Requirement :

• Bachelor degree in Psychology or Management, Master Degree is advantage
• Minimum 2 year in Supervisor level
• Willing to working in Karawang
• Hand on experience in Job Analyze, Job Evaluation, and Competency
• Has passion in HR strategic & HR development
• Command in English, oral & written
• Self motivated, innovative, optimistic and shows strong initiative.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Have good analytical, interpersonal & communication skills
