
Yogyakarta — The Human Quality Development Unit (UPKM) of the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), is currently conducting a research study on mental health in the workplace. This initiative reflects UGM’s commitment to supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being, and Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth.
The purpose of this study is to validate the Indonesian version of the Flourishing at Work Scale (FWS) and to identify the mental health profiles of Indonesian employees across various occupational backgrounds. The findings are expected to contribute meaningfully to the formulation of more precise and effective mental health policies and interventions in the workplace.
The study is open to participants who meet the following criteria:
- Aged 18 years or older
- Currently employed with permanent status
- Have been working for at least one year
- Willing to voluntarily participate in the research
Participants will have the opportunity to receive a voucher worth IDR 50,000 through a randomized lottery system (1:2 ratio). Additionally, they will gain access to various scientific articles related to the study. All data collected will be kept strictly confidential and used exclusively for academic purposes.
