The Masters Program of the Faculty of Psychology UGM held the event “Fun Talking Virtual Open House 2022: Getting to Know Mapro and Mapsi more closely” on Wednesday (11/5). The event was started by remarks from the Dean of the Faculty of Psychology UGM, namely Rahmat Hidayat, M.Sc., Ph.D. “With this virtual open house, we can open the widest possible participation,” said Rahmat.
Wednesday (27/4) the Center for Public Mental Health, Faculty of Psychology, UGM held an online lecture, or it could also be called “KulOn”. The event which started at 13:00 WIB was filled with Nurul Kusuma Hidayati, M.Psi., Psychologist and Wirdatul Anisa, M.Psi., Psychologist. The topic that was presented this time was “Mental Health of Children and Adolescents” by online. “The more we are here, the more open we are to the many cases of depression experienced by high school students and below,” said Nurul.
The Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Gadjah Mada held the Release of Graduates and Psychologist Oath Taking for the Academic Year 2021/2022 for the second time online and offline (20/4). Online the release and oath-taking event was broadcast through the UGM Psychology Knowledge Channel Youtube and Zoom, while the limited offline event was held in the G-100 Auditorium of the Faculty of Psychology UGM.
The Center for Public Mental Health, Faculty of Psychology, UGM holds a routine event every two weeks, namely Online Lectures or commonly called “KulOn”. Held online on Thursday (14/4), this KulOn event is open to the public. This time the topic raised is bipolar disorder. The topic was discussed by two competent speakers, namely Nurul Kusuma Hidayati, M.Psi., Psychologist and Wirdatul Anisa, M.Psi., Psychologist.
The UGM Psychology Doctoral Study Program and the Centre for Life-Span Development (CLSD) held a series of events “Intensive Course: Multi and Mixed Method Research”. Held for 3 days from 12 April 2022 to 14 April 2022, this event aims to introduce various aspects of mixed and multiple research methodology. Inviting competent speakers, this event carries the concept of delivering material in the initial session and practice in the next session.
The Expertise Group of the Faculty of Psychology UGM and the Doctoral Study Program in Psychology held a series of events “Intensive Course on the Development of Advanced Research in the Field of Science”. The series of events ended on Friday (7/4) with the specialization of Psychometrics as a closing after previously starting on March 29, 2022. This session presented Haryanta, M.A., Wahyu Widhiarso, M.A., and Bambang Sumintono, Ph.D as speakers.
Thursday (6/4) the Intensive Course on the Development of Advanced Research in the Field of Science continues with the topic of specialization in the Psychology of Change & Organizational Development. Starting at 08.00 WIB online, this session was attended by three competent speakers, namely Dr. Sumaryono, M.Sc., Rizqi Nur’aini A’yuninnisa, M.Sc., and Ridwan Saptoto, M.A.
The series of events of the Intensive Course on the Development of Advanced Research in the Field of Science continued Tuesday (5/4) by discussing the field of specialization in Educational Psychology. The discussion on the area of specialization this time was attended by more speakers than in the previous sessions.
Still in the series of the Intensive Course for the Development of Advanced Research in the Field of Science, the Doctoral Study Program in Psychology together with the Expertise Group of the Faculty of Psychology UGM resumed the event on Monday (4/4). The areas of specialization in Mental, Neural, and Behavioral are the opening specialization areas in the second half by inviting speakers who have their respective focus of discussion.
Closing the first half of the series of Advanced Research Development Intensive Courses, a discussion related to the Field of Clinical Psychology was held on Thursday (31/3). This activity was attended by three capable speakers on their respective topics, and the Latest Development of Research in the Field of Clinical Psychology started at 08.00 online.
