(6/11) Center for Indigenous and Cultural Psychology (CICP) Faculty of Psychology UGM held online webinar at 1.00 – 3.00 PM.

The event was divided into 3 sessions. The first session was addressed about Social Perception of Covid 19 Pandemic: Continuities and Changes, delivered by Dr. Wenty Marina Minza, S.Psi., M.A., lecturer in Faculty of Psychology UGM. She conveyed about the importance of understanding social perceptions to understand the pandemic in Indonesia. In particular, the that concepts used to understand the public’s perception are how they percieved risk and their optimism. Furthermore, the session also discuss about collective culture and also the positive and negative sides of percieving the current pandemic. read more

This point of view encourages Prof. Kwartarini Wahyu Yuniarti, M.Med.Sc, Ph.D., a researcher and lecturer at Faculty of Psychology, Gadjah Mada University to research and study HGI scientifically. read more
