Central for Public Mental Health (CPMH) will hold online sharing session with Family Strength In Order to Face COVID-19 Pandemic as the main topic. It will be hold on April 16, 2020 from 19.30-21.30 WIB by using WhatsApp Messenger. This sharing session is aimed to be one of the platform to share about mental health during COVID-19 pandemic. Anyone who feel like to share or express their feelings are open to join this event. The event are free and anyone are able to participate or join, from students to general public. Dr. Budi Andayani, M.A., Psikololog, Dr. Sumaryono, M.Si., Dr. Diana Setyawati, M.HSc., Psikolog, Nurul Kusuma Hidayati, M.Psi., Psikolog, dan Wirdatul Anisa, M.Psi., Psikolog are the discussants for the session.
To join this event, candidates will be filling the form by online platform as well as proposing their questions according to the theme about mental health during COVID-19. Later on, the questions will be categorized and answer by the discussant during the sharing session.
This event is one of the session that has been hold by CPMH since March 20, 2020. There are various theme for every session, which are Mental Health and COVID-19 on March 20; COVID-19, School and Mental Health on March 24; COVID-19 and Mental Health on Health Workers on March 27; COVID-19 and Mental Health on Workers on April 1; Mental Health During COVID-19 pandemic (for students) on April 9; and Family Strength In Order to Face COVID-19 Pandemic on next April 16. According to the previous sessions, there are 3000 registrants who participated in the sharing sessions. The occupational background are varies, from students, doctor, psychologist, midwives, nurse, entrepreneur, freelancer, housewife and ojek online driver with various domicile. Those domicile are about 55 cities and districts all over Indonesia, such as West Java, East Java, Central Java, Greater Jakarta and the other province outside Java Island like South Sumatera, West Sumatera, Riau, South Sulawesi, West Kalimantan and Ternate.
This activity expected to become support platform as well as educational forum about prevention and PFA (Psychological First Aid) for others, specifically during COVID-19 pandemic.
