Competing in a group consisting of two people, Zaadila Muftial Mabrur, who is a 2018 Psychology student, together with Annisa Oktaviani Guntara, a 2018 Dentistry student, won 1st Place in the External Health Podcast. This achievement was achieved in the National Parliamentary Competition in Health organized by Dewan Permusyawaratan Mahasiswa Politeknik Kesehatan Semarang.
Through this competition, Zaadila admitted that the reason for participating in the competition was to challenge himself because this competition had never been followed before, namely a podcast competition. In addition, Zaadila also reasoned that he took part in this competition to fill his time as a final year student and still produce useful works for the community.
The competition that Zaadila participated in was a siniar competition or it could also be called a podcast. The work that Zaadila sent to participate in the competition was in the form of a short video recording 2 people talking. In this case, Zaadila and her partner, Annisa is talking. The discussion discussed was about “Tips for Maintaining Mental Health during the COVID-19 Recovery Period”.
Regarding the things that were done for the competition, Zaadila revealed that it took 1 week to prepare. It starts with doing research on the theme, then continues to look for data. After searching for data followed by compiling narration and editing. Then ended by uploading the broadcast on the weekend.
In addition to writing his thesis regularly, Zaadila is also dynamic in Keluarga Muslim Psikologi as a Deliberative Council. “I will continue to fill my spare time with useful things,” answered Zaadila when asked about his hopes or desires after winning the competition. Useful things that are done aim to increase experience and challenge yourself to remain productive at the end of the lecture period.
